Purpose

Service and Booking

The company provides product information, booking services, customer guidance, and related online services. Bookings are confirmed according to availability, payment status, and operational conditions.

User Responsibility

Users must provide accurate booking, contact, and payment information. The company may restrict service use if false information, payment failure, misuse, or illegal activity is detected.

Payment

Payment methods may include cards, supported online payment providers, and other methods shown during checkout. External payment links must be accessed through the official email or website flow.

Cancellation and Refund

• Full refund is available when cancellation is made at least 7 days before the experience.
• If the booking starts more than 48 hours later, cancellation within 24 hours of booking may be fully refundable.
• Cancellation within 7 days is generally non-refundable, but rescheduling may be offered where possible.
• Same-day no-show or arrival too late to join is not refundable or reschedulable.

Changes and Suspension

The company may change or suspend service due to safety, weather, maintenance, supply, or operational reasons. In such cases, guests will be notified and guided according to the booking conditions.
